Founders Padel is built for competitive play and useful, respectful relationships. Everyone at our events—players, guests, partners, staff, and venue teams—is expected to follow this code.

Our standard

• Play fairly, respect the host and venue, and make every level-appropriate player feel welcome.
• No harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or demeaning language.
• Ask before photographing, recording, naming, tagging, or sharing another participant's company or conversation.
• Do not treat attendance as permission to pitch, recruit, fundraise, or add people to marketing lists.
• Respect confidential or sensitive information shared in conversation.
• Follow venue rules and the host's safety decisions.

Reporting a concern

Tell the event host as soon as you can or email [email protected]. We may warn or remove a participant, end an invitation, or contact the venue or appropriate authorities when safety requires it.
